Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail along with payment information. This confirms that we have received your order in our system. Make payment using any of the methods listed in the email and send us a picture of the payment receipt . Once confirmation of payment is made your order will be processed . Please allow 2 to 5 days for production.

Order Shipment:

Order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after production. An email will be sent to the email you registered with at woodluxjewelry.com with proof of shipping once order is shipped. If you do not receive an email within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@woodluxjewelry.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@woodluxjewelry.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to fix the issue.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the same method that you used when placing your order.
